To do it you must download and install ES File Explorer and your phone must be ROOTED. For the easiness I am discuss it like step by step. So follow the below given steps to complete it.

1. Run the ES File Explorer app.

2. Go to ES File Explorer settings, select up to root option and select root explorer.

3. Tap up and scroll down and tap SYSTEM.

4. Tap MEDIA, in it tap audio.

5. From the following tap up the UI.

6. Long tap on camera_click.ogg until Operations pop-up appears, and then tap rename.

7. Rename it into camera_click.ogg.off.

Now you successfully complete you task. Your cameras shutter sound is now disable. You can now take pictures anonymously.
