The Sony Xperia M is a mid-range device running on Android 4.1. Its powered by 1 GHz dual core processor and 1GB RAM. Camera comes 8MP with LED flash. Display features are 4 inch screen size and with multi-touch feature. Internal storage comes 4 GB and can expand memory up to 32 GB using microSD card. Battery standby time is not bad for this model. Xperia M is not yet released in the market. It is available in four color versions - Black, White, Purple and Lime.
